Product Support (Technical Assistance)
Technical assistance is available from our Technical Support Department for Intersection Controllers and related devices during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Please use the contact information provided below. Also provide relevant system or model information of the equipement you are calling about.

Equipment requiring repair may be returned to Peek Traffic after first receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the call center.An RMA can obtained by sending an email at any time to firstname.lastname@example.org. A fax or email can be sent at any time and will be responded to as soon as possible.
An RMA sheet will be emailed to you for inclusion with the returned item. Please attach a copy of RMA# sheet to the returned unit. Also write the RMA #on the outside of the shipping container.

Replacements or Credit Returns.
Equipment being returned for credit must be pre-approved by Peek Traffic sales department prior to return. Once Sales have authorized a return for credit, a RMA sheet will be sent for inclusion with the equipment. Please attach one of the tags to the returned unit. Also attach one of the tags to the outside of the shipping container.
